- We have six superb waterfront accommodation units, that are self contained & serviced. Qualmark three stars plus.
- The units are spacious, with lounge, kitchenette, bedrooms, ensuite and television.
- With a fully licensed restaurant and bar or alfresco dining with panoramic sea views, specializing in steak and fresh local seafood. For a more casual atmosphere we have a bistro bar serving light meals. Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- A ramp is at the edge of our driveway, clear sparkling waters for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking or launching your boat.
- Shops and sandy beaches are a four-minute walk away.

Booking Policy
In consideration of the isolation, remote, access problems and the limited seasonal period that exist on Great Barrier Island it is necessary to set in place an appropriate booking policy. Long weekends must be booked for the whole period. A non-refundable deposit of one night is required to confirm your booking, we take Visa and MasterCard, and a direct deposit could be arranged.
Cancellation Policy
When full payment has been made a refund (less the deposit and administration expenses – 10%) will be organized in the following circumstances:
- Cancellation is notified two months in advance of the booking date.
- Vacancy is filled to the same terms and conditions as original booking.
We cannot refund if the cancellation is received less than fourteen days from the date of arrival, except in exceptional circumstances and at our discretion or another booking replaces this cancellation.
In the event of either the sea or air transport being cancelled, clients are required to use the alternative means of transport or forfeit their deposit. Any additional transport costs are to be incurred by the client.
In the unusual event of extreme weather conditions when both boat and air cancels, we would encourage you to re-book at a convenient time for the future.
